Vice President, Marketing

The Vice President of Marketing is a strategic, data-driven executive responsible for leading the company’s overall marketing vision, brand strategy, demand generation efforts, and go-to-market execution. This leader drives measurable growth, strengthens market position, and ensures that marketing is tightly aligned with sales, product, and customer success to achieve revenue and company objectives.
The ideal candidate is both a strategist and a hands-on operator—capable of building high performing teams, developing scalable processes, and delivering marketing programs that accelerate pipeline, customer acquisition, and brand awareness.

Qualifications

Marketing Strategy & Leadership

  1. Develop and oversee the company’s comprehensive marketing strategy to support aggressive growth and brand-building goals.
  2. Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing organization across demand generation,
    brand, content, product marketing, digital, and communications.
  3. Partner with executive leadership to define market opportunities, competitive differentiation, customer segmentation, and long-term company positioning.

Demand Generation & Revenue Growth

  1. Own multi-channel demand generation strategies to deliver continuous marketing-
    qualified and sales-qualified pipeline.
  2. Implement data-driven campaigns across digital, paid media, ABM, content, email, SEO/SEM, social, and events.
  3. Optimize the full funnel—from awareness to revenue—ensuring marketing KPIs are tied directly to measurable business outcomes.

Brand, Messaging & Market Positioning

  1. Strengthen and scale the company brand across all customer and prospect touchpoints.
  2. Develop compelling value propositions, messaging frameworks, and storytelling that resonate with target audiences.
  3. Ensure brand consistency globally across all communications, digital assets, and internal/external campaigns.

Product Marketing & Go-to-Market

  1. Lead product marketing efforts, including market research, competitive analysis, product
    launches, and commercialization plans.
  2. Develop buyer personas, pricing insights, sales enablement tools, and go-to-market materials that support revenue teams.

Digital Marketing & MarTech

  1. Oversee digital channels, website performance, analytics, and marketing automation systems.
  2. Evaluate and optimize the MarTech stack to improve efficiency, insights, and campaign
    performance.
  3. Use data and analytics to guide strategic decision-making and demonstrate marketing ROI.

Cross-Functional Partnership

  1. Work closely with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Finance to ensure alignment on
    pipeline, forecasting, revenue goals, and market strategy.
  2. Support the CEO, CRO, and other executives with insights, dashboards, competitive
    intelligence, and board-facing materials.
  1. 10+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, ideally within high-growth, technology-enabled, or consumer-driven environments.
  2. Proven experience leading multi-channel demand generation that drives measurable revenue growth.
  3. Strong background in brand strategy, digital marketing, analytics, CRM/automation, and modern MarTech best practices.
  4. Experience managing and scaling marketing teams and budgets.
  5. Exceptional leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  6. Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth, or transformational environments.
  7. Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
